Good day, Beautiful Women of Wisdom; it is all about you and us, and most certainly, it is all about our Lord and Saviour, Jesus the Christ.
This week let's focus on another Value; my focus this week is Compassion. I will focus on myself in prayer, fasting, and talking with someone more intelligent and wiser than me.
As the Lord leads, I will follow.
The value of Compassion enables us to understand ourselves and others better, and the more we understand others, the more we want to relieve their suffering. Let's all develop the ability to see things from someone else's perspective and sympathize with their emotions.
Isaiah 30:18
"Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore, he will rise up to show you Compassion, for the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!"
Hebrews 4:15
"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin."
Do you have Compassion for others? It is sometimes challenging to show Compassion to understand others and their behaviors; the truth is we have no idea what others are dealing with internally. It is kind of us to show Compassion to others just as our Lord has Compassion for us. Let's give a bit more grace to others.
